Mr. Cicala is a driven professional whose dedication, insight, common-sense approach, and solid ethical foundation have helped make the impossible a reality in our building. His understanding of the school environment and willingness to go to bat for the needs of the students and adults in the building has helped ease the burden on others throughout each stage of the project.
