For the entire duration of construction you kept us on time, on task, and on budget. You developed important working relationships with our contractors that kept them on schedule and encouraged them to take pride in their role in our project. The project team communicated with our board and our administration on a scheduled and need-to-know basis; there were no surprises or disappointments. You anticipated problems and were able to turn them around quickly. You played a critical role in the success of a crucial project for our district, a project in which we are extremely proud, thanks in large part to the efforts of the Fidevia project team. No one recognizes better than our board members that the stakes were high, the timeline impossible, and the expectations daunting. Fidevia responded to our needs with professional, efficient and caring leadership and we can all celebrate the successful completion of a tremendously complicated project.
